Our No-Fault Divorce Service includes the following:
- Evaluation of client self-diagnosis of the
case and advising client about legal rights and
responsibilities;
- Create all documents required for no-fault
divorce action in Maryland (based on a one-year separation);
- Guidance and procedural information for filing
and/or serving documents;
- Planning for court appearances;
- Standby technical assistance and advice by
e-mail;
Our Services do not include:
- Discovery, interrogatories, depositions,
requests for document production;
- Negotiation with opposing counsel (If your
case
is uncontested/no-fault, there should not be an opposing counsel).
- Appearance in court for any reason
- Drafting of a Qualified
Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), which is priced
separately, or Motion for Service by Alternative Service (where you cannot
locate your spouse).

Fee: The fee for this
complete service is
$$275.00 if you don't have any children, and $325.00 if you have
children. This fee also includes a
Marital Settlement
Agreement. In Maryland, you must be separated for one
(1) year
before you file for divorce. If you purchase this package, and execute
your Marital Separation Agreement, we will also generate your divorce
pleadings at the same time which you can file after the one-year
separation has elapsed.
Registration as a Client: To purchase this service, you must first register and

There are no fees charged to become an on-line client. Registration
