Rates and Services For Document Preparation Services
Please remember that our law firm only serves Maryland residents who are registered as on-line clients.
How it Works:
1. On your personal and secure My Legal Affairs page you will find a link that corresponds to any of the documents listed in this Document Catalog. Click on the link, and an "intelligent" on-line questionnaire will open in your web browser
(i.e., Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.).
2. Answer the questions as best you can and save them.
Your answers will be saved on our secure server.
3. We take the information you provided and use it to create
your legal documents, ready for filing and complete with a set of detailed instructions. We send the
forms back to your My Legal Affairs web space where you can access,
review and print them to be filed with the court. We also provide paper
documents via regular mail upon request and for an additional fee..
4. During this process, we will provide you with legal advice depending on your particular situation. You may have
left out critical information in your Questionnaire, or you may have selected the incorrect form for filing.
We review your information and notify you if something is missing or is
inaccurate.
5. We will also provide you with other critical legal information during your action, such as the best way to serve the other party
(your spouse); how to expedite your hearing; and what to do when you receive your
Judgment or Decree and/or if other steps need to be completed.
All of these services are included in the fixed prices listed below,
unless you request paper documents, which requires a shipping and handling fee.
